Help with notifications

In my iPad I downloaded the F1 App, and as usual, notifications appear when new stuff comes out, but when I try to delete them, older ones (weeks old) come back and somehow 'flash for some time' and then dissapear again. How can I solve the problem??

I don't know. You might try deleting the app, then reinstall it. Other than that...contact the developer.
