That is not reason to contact the fire department.
LOL. Yes it is

Might be iOS issue, but I've thought all along those experiencing it maybe had some account problem. It seems to affect mostly those who use game center a lot. I don't use it at all, really. I go and check stats occasionally. But that's it. Never any problems there. Who knows! Lol
Why does your face hit the screen?
I thought you were dialing the number by your face. As you wrote "from a number being dialed by my face".
iOS 9.3.1, persisted on iOS 9.3.2 beta 1, wallpaper shifting. I've only noticed this due to using backgrounds with app borders. It's not as noticeable on this particular wallpaper, though you can still see it. Screenshots!

The solid blue makes it difficult to see. Can't tell much about it. Use a different wallpaper.

How do you get so many icon on one screen? I only get 4 across and 5 down on my iPads and 4 across and 4 down on my iPhones.
iPhone 6 Plus and 6s Plus allow for 24 app shortcuts per screen, in addition to what's on the dock.
In 4 years of using an iPhone and over 2 years on iPhone forums, I never heard anyone use the term "app shortcuts" in reference to the icons on screen.
What would you recommend I call them?
