iOS 9.3 Duplicate Notifications

After last update I receive two notifications of every app, they are delayed just a few fractions of a second.
Anyone else is suffering this issue?

I haven't. Have you tried rebooting your device to see if that's fixes the problem.

I've updated to iOS 9.3.1 and now it works okay

The only duplicate I still get is with a tv news fully updated
