I'm on 9.3 and I know this use to show correctly. Ever since updating, my iCloud storage shows an in correct amount left. I have 50gb plan. I am currently using 5.2 gb and it shows I have 48 out of 50 GB left. See attached picture. Is iCloud storage right for you guys?

That's odd. Mine shows up with the correct addition. It seems like it's not registering the iCloud Photo Library portion.

I'd probably start with deleting backups first, to see what it does. Then just back them up again, depending on the results. There's a part of me that thinks turning off iCloud Photo Library and re-enabling it would be the better choice, since that seems to be the amount that's not being factored in, but that makes me nervous since you don't know which photos are on the device vs the cloud. Maybe someone who has done it would be able to provide some info.

Same here I backed up my iPad 4 to iCloud and I still gave 49 GB out if 50 left. Has to be Rome much more being used on iPad than 1 GB.

Does the storage show the same amount on any other device?

If so it's an issue with the cloud and not your device.

If it's different I'd try just signing out and signing back in.

Do not want to sign out because the screen reads Thai notes will be removed from iPad.

iCloud data will be removed, but added back when you sign in again. It may also give you the option to keep them on the iPad or remove, but can't recall. You could try disabling iCloud Notes in settings -- it should definitely give you the option then.
