Why can't I see applications or Var folders in IFile from the App Store on IOS9?

Can't see Application or Var folders in IFile from App Store on IOS9

Hi,

I downloaded iFile from the App Store for my unjailbroken iOS9 iphone. When I open iFile I don't see the var or application folder. I only see the music, photo, and video folder. Why is that? How can I get to the var folder. I don't want to jailbreak my phone.

I am under the impression that you cannot access system files without your device being jailbroken, but I could be mistaken, and if so, hopefully someone who can answer your question will reply soon.

The jailbreak version of iFile is not the same as iFile in the App Store. They're very different.
