I Made the last upgrade and my phone got stuck

I made the last upgrade to IO9 and my phone got stuck showing a screen with i tune logo of music and do not muove from there. How to reset the phone?

Welcome to iMore! Do you mean the  logo? Did you update over the air or connected to iTunes via computer? Can you connect to iTunes on the computer now? That's what you need to do. Restore that way with a fresh copy of iOS.
