Annoying problem, Need help!

So ever since I got my lovely iPhone 6s, I've had a very strange problem that annoys me so much. What happens is I'll get an iMessage from someone, and later on, I'll get the exact same message through text. I attached a pic of the best example

This is an annoying problem that confuses the hell out of me when I have conversations with people. (Yes it happens to all my convos and I have restarted the phone...etc)

have you signed out of imessage and re signed in to re activate it ?
