Have a question for anyone who can help. I have a 6s and bought the Lightning sd card adapter to load photos and when I plug in adapter nothing comes up.

There are plenty of photos on the card some from a canon dslr and some older iPhone pictures but nothing loads. Am I missing a setting? Or maybe a difference between jpeg and jpg files? Anyone else run into this??

Thanks for any help

After you insert the SD card into the reader, your iPad or iPhone automatically opens the Photos app, which organizes your photos into Moments, Collections, and Years. And when you use iCloud Photo Library, all your full-resolution photos and videos are stored safely in iCloud and automatically added to the Photos app on all your devices....

The Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader supports standard photo formats, including JPEG and RAW, along with SD and HD video formats, including H.264 and MPEG-4. It supports data transfer at up to USB 3 speeds on iPad Pro, and up to USB 2 speeds on all other iPad and iPhone models.*

Yea I read that on their site too but at some point the photo screen should pop up and allow me to import photos and that's not happening even with photos on the card. Don't know if it's my card or if I should reinstall 9.2
