I just noticed that when I'm connected to Blue Tooth in my car I don't hear any notification sounds.
I know for a fact this was not the case with my iPhone 6 and iOS 8.4.1. On Friday while sitting in
my car, same car that I used when I had my iP6, I had an appointment notification that was in Calender,
come up on my iP 6S screen but I didn't hear the notification sound.
I hear the notification sound for a Calender event when I'm not connected to the Blue Tooth fine.
Is this a bug or something new with iOS 9.X. BTW I have iOS 9.1 installed in my iPhone.
Now a couple of weeks ago I posted that I didn't hear the typing sound when using the stock
keyboard and didn't hear the closing sound when I put my iPhone 6 into "sleep" mode. I was told that
this was normal. At this time I had my iPhone 6S and iOS 9.0.2.
