iOS 9.0.1 backing up twice

Hello, I'm having a problem where my backup is backing up twice. When I try to delete the second backup, it says it cannot be deleted at this time. If I try to delete both backups it won't let me do it either. Anyone else experiencing this?

That happened to me when I first installed 9.1 beta 1, but I was able to delete both backups and manually back up my iPhone 6 to iCloud. Now it just backs up every night (one backup) on beta 2.
