Downgrade to 8.4.1 possible for iPad mini?

I have an original Mimi and am running 9.0. Is it possible to downgrade to 8.4.1 still? And if so, how?

Doing just about anything on ios9 is agonizingly slow..

Download the ipsw and do dfu mode and shift restore to 8.4.1 as long as Apple is still signing that version it will work

Worked for me... Successfully back to 8.4.1 thanks.
