iOS 9 and Facebook

With the update you can really narrow down which apps are draining your battery. After seeing what Facebook was doing in the background I have been closing out the app and have seen a dramatic increase in battery life.

I'm on the same boat. Turned off background app refresh, notifications and auto play for it, but it seems to keep burning juice :/

Yup no matter what you do it keeps running in the background. I close it out after every time I use it now which seems to be working. I'm considering deleting the app though.

Turning off background refresh doesn't seem to affect it though. I have done it for that app and my main messenger app. Neither have seen a dramatic decrease in background usage. I'm wondering if the settings even work at this point.
