IOS 9 is not smooth and needs a quick fix

I have noticed some problems in my IPhone after updating the OS to 9.0...

1) The interface is a bit shaking while closing the opened apps by double tapping the home button

2) Comparatively slow response.

3) minor freezes while opening some Apps which I have never noticed in any IPhone before

4) while scrolling down any screen (Ex: A webpage, apps in appstore), we can clearly notice a lag.

Even though the above issues are not big, but it is very irritating while operating the device since i never had any of these before .

Have you done a "Hard RESET"?
