texts stuck in my notification tray on 9.1

my texts get stuck in my notification tray. This has been happening since the first 9.0 public beta. I can clear all my notifications but an old text will stay in there.... once I reset my phone, it is gone... does this happen on the official 9.0? Does this bug happen to anybody else on the betas?

I haven't had it happen at all, whether or beta or not. I recommend you either reinstall the beta and set it up as new or install the official iOS 9 version and set it up as new...
