iPhone iOS 9 backup not showing

Hi everyone, yesterday I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9, the newest official release.
I used to download my backups from iCloud using a third party software in order to keep them safe.
iCloud says that last backup was an hour ago, however in the software I can't find the backup, and in the iPhone it says it's backed up but with 0 bytes.
What can I do?

Try again later. The servers have been swamped. Try back up late at night or real early in the morning.
