San Francisco font

Does anybody know how to change to this font? Rene mentioned it in his iOS 9 review but I can't find it.

From what I gather, it is the native font for iOS 9, meaning that there is not changing to this font. It's the default font.

It must be very subtle as I don't see a big difference...

It can be changed in Safari in the address bar when "reader view" is available as far as I can see
