www.icloud.com Notes not working, how can I get them working?

www.icloud.com Notes not working

I assume this is due to the change in Notes format, but going to www.icloud.com and the Notes app gives this:

I had meeting notes typed up the other night via pc iCloud.com

Then used iPad at the meeting. Guess what only half my notes were there.........

I am still having this same issue. Notes is the only app not working for me on iCloud.com. Is anything else known about this problem?

Toggle Notes on in iCloud. Toggles Notes OFF in email accounts.
