Updating from beta to release

Every time I wake up my phone I get a pop up that says there is an update. When I go to settings and check for the update it says that my phone is up to date. I'm running 9 beta 4 or 5, can't remember which.

How do I get my phone to update?

The GM is available... You would get it the same way you got the first 9.0 beta and install via iTunes.

I *assume* you're getting the "popup" because iOS 9 GM is available, but I'm only speculating.

All I did is sign up and then then I got a 1 on the settings icon. I just tried iTunes and it says that I'm up to date. Getting a little irritated.
