iOS 9.1 Public Beta 4 available

On my 6s, the keyboard appears higher. I didn't get the minor lag I usually do when updating and the phone didn't get as hot.

It feels just a tad bit more speedy when opening apps.

I'm wondering how this is going to feel on my Mini 3.

You can read a Developer Beta change log once someone breaks the NDA and post it on one of the other sites that usually does that sort of thing...

I just checked again, and it's still not been posted on the dev portal...

Updated without a hitch but did have to sign in to iCloud again and agree to send diagnostics. No usage just yet but have your iCloud password handy just in case.

Running fine on my 6 /64gb. Initially, the cellular connection was flaky (email, webpages, app refreshes, etc) but a power cycle of my device fixed my issue.

Loving it so far.
