Why is Music indicating that it's unable to download songs?

Apple music not downloading songs onto my iPhone or iPad. NOT a wifi problem. Says "unable to download songs"

Have you attempted to Sign Out of Apple Music and then back in?

It's possible that Apple or your ISP is experiencing problems. Do you have a firewall in place that could be preventing the songs from downloading? Have you tried rebooting both devices, including your router/wireless access point?
