Completely Zero Icon on Homescreen, Couldn't Use My Device

I'm using iPod Touch 5g, iOS 8.4.
I did jailbreak Taig v2.4.3, after that I ran Cydia app for the first time. Without Cydia finishing what its doing(initial start for Cydia to update system), I shut down my iPod.

After opening it, I had no icon at my homescreen. Wallpaper is there, i can toggle wifi on/off but, I can go to nowhere(settings, music, anything) as there is no icon on screen.

I included a screen which will explain if I fell short at explaining myself. Please check it.
How can I repair my iPod without updating it?

What I tried till now:
*from iTunes, checked if I can rearrange my main screens, no luck. (It doesn't show any homescreen at iTunes, circle is keep spinning, waited long time)

*tried to restore, but after seeing that I have to upgrade to 9.x.x, I don't want to.

Why don't you wanna update to 9.0.2? It is jail breakable if that was your concern.

Wow, that helped a lot. Another time when someone see you in trouble, I wish they say "this is why I don't do -particular thing-".

I heard it's jailbreakable, but 8.x versions are safer and stable in jb, 9.x.x is fresh out of the box.
