What is eating up the storage space in iOS 8.4?

whenever I restart my iPhone, I check my storage space and i would gain at least 200 MB.

Not sure why the iOS is eating up that much space in the first space

the question is what is eating up the storage space? is it the iOS? or the app?

I don't know. Check the storage settings to possibly find out.

I screenshot the storage settings and check before and after restart. Everything stays the same, but every time i restart, i can gain 200+ MB, it varies from 200 to 210 MB.

Has anyone try to do the same and notice the same? My phone is iPhone 5 (16 GB) with iOS 8.4
