Cut off name when creating contact from phone number

Anyone getting this when creating a contact from a incoming calls phone number. Contact name gets cut off. iOS 8.3

No. I just created one and it's fine. Has that happened more than once? Try hard reset. Then try one again.

I never see that. But I do have a problem with Siri coming up when I don't summon her. We had a falling out and I turned her off. Instead, now I get this and it starts playing music.

LOL! I may make up with Siri.
