When will email attachment be available?

Is there a probable time, or any plans at all to make the feature of attaching a document on emails be available to the mail app of iPhone?

Its one of the primary reasons I use AltaMail by EuroSmartz. Conventional attachments work great, even from Dropbox & Evernote.
