I made some shortcuts on my phone and then I attempted to change them.

So I delete the "wrong/old" shortcuts and update it with the new shortcut.

I go to bed and then the next morning the "wrong/old" shortcut is put back on the phone and duplicated.

Anyone run into this?

I had this happen, but it was with my iPhone and 2 iPads. When i would delete one shortcut from my iPhone or iPad, it would not delete from the other and i would end up with the old and the new on everything. So now, when I change one, I make sure to go in and change the others.

There's not a good fix for that. I had the same issue. There's things you can do if you're jailbroken, otherwise you would have to restore your device as new. That's what I had to do. But I had other issues too. A temporary fix is delete the unwanted shortcuts. Then immediately back up to iCloud. The shortcuts should stay gone until you reboot. A soft or hard reset, Reset Network Settings and anything that causes a reboot will bring them back.
