When using Safari I randomly get sent to the App Store

What is going on now? I have noticed I will be reading an article or searching and boom the App Store opens to some random app like Uber. Is this a bug?

On SkyNews? I am not even seeing whatever ad this is. This just started this weekend.

Clear your browser cache and cookies. I've seen this happen in the past, it appeared to be something picked up from a website. Not exactly what website it happened to me on but clearing my browser definitely fixed the issue.
