So when I updated to 8.1 my camera roll still didn't appear and things like personal hotspot was broken. Now those two things work without me doing anything. Anyone else experience gradual and random improvements?
iCloud gradually sorting itself out?

In regard to iCloud, Apple is probably updating users info in portions to make sure they don't mess something up, but I'm only speculating. Just be grateful that its there for you...
