Battery Life on 8.1

I am having same, if not better results with 8.1

Massive change and I have restarted and disabled everything I could. I dont know what is going on with my phone but 8.1 has sucked for my battery life. iPhone 6+ by the way.

After doing more in depth analysis I think the battery drain has to do with the reactivation of iTunes sync. You have do enable it in iTunes then disable it immediately.
I don't know why but it seems to fix the drain and heating issue

I am not sure exactly what you mean. Could you please explain further? I would really like to fix my issue

Mine has declined too. I forgot to snap a screenshot before I plugged it in. It hasn't been really bad, but before I would get a day and a half of standby with about 7 hours usage and be at around 10%. Now I got one day of standby with 4 hours usage and it was almost completely dead.

Got 3 days but after that 8 percent pic had another phone call and just let it idle so not really true 3 days but brilliant idle time for me. Just wanted to see if I could make it

So cloooose to 3 days. I'm not sure I'm going to make it

But you only use your phone about 4 hours out of the day. Most people here use theirs more per day. Still good usage though.

Since updating to the new iOS' since coming out, it's dipped to about 15hrs standby and 7hrs.

Anyone have any idea why? My top 5 usages are Home and Lock Screen, Facebook, Messages, Twitter, Safari.

I did also notice a drop in usage. I was getting 6 hrs 30 mins when my plus got to 50% not now it's around 5 hrs when it reaches 50%.

Like...how?

Last night my usage finished at 7hrs 24mins and died. The standby time wasn't a day...it was about 14-15 hours.

I'm doing Safari, Facebook, Texting, Twitter, stuff like that

I've noticed even the stuff I was doing before takes up more battery. I had 100% battery, went on a 25 min drive and had Maps going and Bluetooth going. After the drive it was down to 90%. Before it would have been 96-94%
