How to get quick reply to work?

So I have Ios 8 installed now, but whenever I get a text it's still the same old slide to reply and then brings me into the messages screen. I've been looking all over settings, but can't find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

It works for me no issue.

I just pull down from the bottom of the incoming message. Then the reply feature shows. Works for me. But where did the camera roll go? It's gone, save for the Recents album.

Other app won't be able to do quick reply. They can only add actions to notification.
