Interesting find:

When you play music, depending on what you're playing it from the CC changes.

While playing iTunes Radio it looks like this:

But when you play "normally" (actually using iTunes Match) it looks like this:

Not sure why it changes, but I prefer the iTunes Radio version with the song bars, etc.

Any thoughts?

Pretty smart of them to put the buy button right there to drive more and easier iTunes sales.

Yep, they don't miss an opportunity to sell more music. They also put the "Buy" button on the Siri Shazam integration.
