Facebook iOS7 Integration w/ Contacts Stopped Working

For whatever reason, I can't get my contacts to update with the Facebook integration anymore. Some profile pictures have disappeared and I can't get them back.

All of my contacts are synced through Outlook.com and an Exchange account.

So far I have:
- Turned off & on Contacts Sync for each email account and deleted all contacts from my phone when I turned it off
- Deleted my Facebook account under Settings > Facebook and re-added it

When I click the Update Contacts button under Settings > Facebook, it says 0 contacts have been updated.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Try going to Settings - Privacy - Contacts and enable access to the contacts for Facebook, if present.

There's no entry for Facebook in there at all. I have other apps listed with permission, but there's nothing for Facebook.

When I go into Contacts and turn off everything except the Facebook group, it only shows 29 contacts being synced. I have almost 300 friends on Facebook.
