Goodreader files lost after IOS7 upgrade

Hi all, I (finally) upgraded to iOS7 today. One of the apps I had trouble reinstalling was Goodreader. I had to reinstall it via iTunes although every other app I had was automatically reinstalled. Anyway, all the pdf and other docs I had in Goodreader app is now gone!! My iPad was backed up on iClould and iTunes. Is there anyway I can recover these files?

Restore from the backup you made prior to updating to iOS 7. Does the Goodreader app have iCloud support, and if so, did you use that option? If so, your files should sync back to your device after you've configured iCloud with it. Note: I don't use the Goodreader app.

I did that, and all the other apps I had came back except Goodreader. I managed to reinstall Goodreader via iTunes. Appstore wanted me to pay again for the app. Goodreader did have iCloud support.
