possible to announce caller id?

I have the 5s, coming from jelly bean. Is there a way for ios 7 to announce the name of who is calling before the ringtone? it would be convenient while headphones are plugged in without having to pull my phone out of my pocket. is there a setting for this?

Why not just create a custom ringtone with the person's name?

What would using google voice do? I would want it for every contact, not just certain people so using a custom ringtone would be time consuming

Yes, the Google Voice app does have that feature.

Google Voice will provide you with a different phone number but associate it with your device's phone number. I, like others, use Google Voice primarily for business purposes. You do not need to have a separate contact list. Just tell your contacts to call you via your Google Voice number instead of your device's number.
