Default iOS 7.1.4 - Siri downloads iCloud music...

When I use the Siri command 'play music' I always find cloud music randomly downloaded to my iPhone (5s).

To test I deleted all music and preform the voice command and noticed cloud music being downloaded.

I tried turning off all cloud settings for music that I can think of.

Anyone else encounter this or know of a fix?

I believe you mean 7.0.4 as 7.1.4 does not exist yet... and I believe the circumstances you're describing is everything working as designed.

Go to the App Store and iTunes settings and turn off music. I'm talking about the settings in the settings application not the App Store.
