iPhone 5s disappearing apps bug fix (iOS 7)

I havent noticed this bug on my iPad or any other iOS devices just my iPhone 5s ... On rare occasions I will download an application from the app store only to discover that it is missing from my home screen. When I go into the app store it shows as install and gives me the open button, when I click the open button nothing happens.

Doing a hard reset resolves the problem, simply hold down the home and power button until you see the apple logo and then release the buttons, once you reboot the device the missing apps will reappear. This hasn't been a problem with the native apps, just apps that I have downloaded from the app store. Has anyone else been experiencing the missing app bug?

I don't have an iPhone 5S, but it has happened a time or two in the past, but a reboot took care of it.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue right now. I tried to hard reboot the phone and reset all settings, but it does not change. My downloaded apps are still missing. Can anyone help?
