I need help understanding iOS notification center

Believe it or not if you are new to iOS 7 and the NEW Notification center or even the old one if you are the only one left who has not upgraded to iOS 7...LOL it is actually very simple as i see it in 2 parts. The part where you have control of what you allow the notification to show you and the apps you don't want the Notification Center to show.

Notification center, is one of my favorite features. And being able to control what you want in it, makes it an awesome tool.
