The stock clock app tells the time, I mean take a look at the black icon, unlike ios6, in ios7 it says the actual time, with second hand (red) moving and all.

About the camera app:

A long press on the yellow focus square (it blinks twice) will keep the focus and brightness blocked/defined even if you move the camera around.

Easily reconnect Bluetooth connected devices by switching on and off airplane mode. Better than switching Bluetooth itself which takes time to reconnect.

In the calendar app; if you need to change the time of an already existing appointment, press on the colored block and you can stretch or reduce the time frame of the appointment without having to edit the appointment.

AT&T was claiming that they were the only carrier that allows the user to browse and call at the same time. Verizon can do it too.

T-Mobile has always done that too.

While in stock Weather app pressing on the temperature will show Humidity Chance of Rain Wind Speed and Real Feel Temp.

TMO can as well. It has to do with the whole GSM thing. Until Verizon and or Sprint start using Voice Over LTE they are stuck.
