Does iOS 7 support wifi calling?

Might be a silly question? but was just wondering. Does iOS 7 support wifi calling?

Yes, by means of FaceTime Audio to other iOS 7 devices. To my knowledge, the current release of OS X Mavericks doesn't support it yet.

I've only used it twice, but call quality is crystal clear, with no more issues than you might usually get with a normal cellular call.

The only kind of wifi calling I know of is FaceTime audio which is only between iOS devices on iOS 7

Wifi calling or VOIP (voice over IP) is available on the iPhone via several providers. Skype, and here in the UK British Telecom and Virginmedia both offer apps for VOIP. Other providers are available.

U can use google voice to place calls over wifi

Yes. Via Hangouts as well.
