Mail delete button??

Hi. I've been away from iOS for a while. I'm back, now. .

My question is, where is the delete mail button? In order for me to get mail to the trash it's like a 3-4 click process. When I swipe left I would like a delete option instead of the archive button.

Is there a way to ditch the archive option and have a delete button?
