Black notification center

Hey everyone,
I had iOS 7 on my iPhone 5, and the notification center had that slight blur to the background, but on my 5s, it's completely black. Anyone know why that is?

Check this setting...
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Increase Contrast > [OFF]

It matches the background color. If you have a black background, it'll be all black. Try different background wallpapers and see what changes you get.
