iOS 7 on iPhone 5 not playing in stereo.

I hope I just overlooked something with the new interface but I can't get my i5 to play music in stereo. It worked fine with iOS 6. I downloaded The Cars "Moving In Stereo" just to be sure. Now I'm listening to my tunes with a $75 pair of Klipsch ear plugs in MONO. Yes I did check my earplugs with another pair. If someone could point me to a remedy or confirm my fear I would appreciated.

check settings... General... Accessability... scroll to hearing section... if mono is on, turn it off... check balance...

Thanks, I found it. It seems to me that it would be more logical to put it under the Sounds/Music configuration. Just a thought.
