Camera and flashlight not working on iOS 7?

A week later since I updated to IOS7 and now my main camera and flashlight isn't working!! Any others having this issue and if so, how can I fix it??

First... reboot the phone...

If that didn't help... connect to a computer with iTunes - do a back-up... restore the iOS, restore the back up... if you still have issues, then a visit to in AppleStore Genius Bar would be a good idea.

Any other suggestions? I have hard reset multiple times. Only thing I haven't done is wipe my phone to new

If all other options have failed, then put your device in DFU mode, connect it to iTunes and restore it as a new device. Afterwards, see if the camera & flash works. If not, it is safe to assume it is a mechanical problem and not iOS-related. In that case, as kch50428 stated, make a Genius Bar appointment.

My iPhones 4 and 5 work fine. What kind of device do you have, and what exactly is happening? "Not working" tells us squat. Is the camera app crashing? Are you seeing pictures but can't snap a shot? Do you even have a camera on your device? What?

The flash light and main camera has stopped working 2-3 times now....if i reset the whole phone, they will start working again, but only if I do a full reset. What is the reasoning of this?? Software or Hardware?

I don't know. Is the device jailbroken? Are you sung any 3rd party camera apps? After you've reset your device, do you restore from your most recent backup? If so, that could be the problem. Restore it again via iTunes and set it up as a new device. If you've done those things then you really ought to consider making a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store as has already been suggested to you.

Device is not jail broken, no 3rd party camera apps-All stock, I haven't restored via iTunes. Its always been through the iCloud from the latest backup.

If the the flash is turned off in the camera app, the flashlight will not work.

Not sure where you got that... but it is most definitely bad information. The flashlight will work totally independently of the camera flash setting.

I still have the same issues .after i updated my iphone 5 to IOS 8 .but after that my flash light are still working but in the next dat it wont work anymore ..i dont know whats happening .

THIS IS CORRECT: If the the flash is turned off in the camera app, the flashlight will not work.
