Dropbox notifications

I have a note of "connect to iTunes for notifications" everytime I open Dropbox in my iPhone 4s and it will block me phone so I have to switch it off. Does anybody know how can I stop that? I already went to settings but I can't fix it.

1. Connect to iTunes, do a backup
2. Try deleting the Dropbox app and then reinstalling it. (if that works, great, if not, continue)
3. Restore your device.
