What does this mean? Notification

Since I downloaded IOS7 I constantly get notifications saying "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone?" But there is nothing plugged into my phone! Please Help!

it means that your 30 pin cable is not original from apple...
in IOS 7, it detect wether the cable original or not...

I've seen that on things as far back as iOS5, possibly back to iOS3... Including original Apple cables after they've been banged around a bit.

Did you just unplug something and this pops up - or is it random... with nothing plugged in? If the former - it's likely a non-conforming accessory or cable... if the latter - you may need a reboot on the phone - or a reinstall of iOS7 - if none of that works, a Genius Bar visit may be in order - and they may explore warranty replacement options on your phone.
