animated weather background

Is the weather background animated for anyone? It is not animated on my phone, my wife's phone or a coworkers phone. All iPhone 5.

It's animated on my iPhone 5. Some weather conditions are not as distinctive. Sunny weather or cloud animations moves slower.

Mine is working. Today is sunny with some clouds, so the "some clouds" shown are moving slowly. Yesterday was sunny, so I didn't notice anything. I expect to really notice it when it rains or snows.

Just noticed that the clouds move VERY slowly. I have to hold still and not breathe to notice it. Lol.
