How does the predictive calendar time work?

When you enter a place in a calendar event isn't it suppose to predict the extra time for travel time? I don't see that happening.

I’ve seen that on my MBP running Mavericks DP... it asks about travel time and adds it to the beginning of the event... not yet seen it in iOS 7.
