How do you delete the songs that come preloaded in the Music app in iOS 7?

How do you delete the songs that come preloaded in the Music app in iOS 7?

What songs do you have that came pre-loaded? I don't see any.

After I updated to 7, it put 20-25 songs that I mostly would have no interest in on my phone, and I can't get rid of them.

Here's an example. The first three artists are not anything I would listen to, yet there they are with no means to delete them.

Do you share your iTunes account with anyone else? When I updated my previous purchases (which were no longer on my device) showed back up to be redownloaded. I got rid of it by going to Settings>iTunes & App Store>turn off Music and Videos under "Show All". Hope this helps.
