So right now I have ios 7 beta 6 I found someone who wants to buy my phone ASAP so if I back up and erase everything on my 4s when I get my 5s will I have a problem getting my iCloud backup onto ios 7 final version?? Thanks.

You should not.

But before you wipe the 4S, get a good backup (iCloud), and then log out of Find My Phone (it disables the Activation Lock functionality).
