Default Will iOs7 be slow on the older iphone 4?

Hello, i am new to this forum, i recently got my dads old iphone 4 because my xperia arc s broke.

We all know the iphone 4 is old, ios 6 still runs good. But ios7 is completely new.

Wont ios 7 be really slow on the old cortex a8 1ghz singlecore?

The new animations are really fancy, i hope it will be a little fast on my iphone 4

What did you guys experience while testing ios 7 beta on iphone 4?

Of course it will seem a little slow. But nothing serious.

As Alli said, it will be slowER than on the new iPhone ... but it will still be functional - otherwise, Apple wouldn’t allow it. They don’t want the user experience to suffer or lag any more that we as customers do. Some of the features and animations may not be available on the iPhone 4... check out this chart that Massie (one of the forum members) put together from Apple's info for details:

I'm pretty sure it'll be no different than the iPhone 3GS on iOS6. Sure, it'll be slower than the newer models, but it should be just fine for average use.
