iOS Beta questions

I am on a iphone 5 runnning beta one and I am over the bugs, etc. If I downgrade back to 6.1.4 for now until beta 2 comes, can I upgrade from 6.1.4 to beta 2?

i dont have an acct but I have my udid registered. can I still do it?

You will need to log into the account where the UDID is registered to download the Developer Beta.

IMO I would not trust anyone else with my UDID besides Apple. But to each his own...
